Saturday 20th March marked International Day of Happiness. This years theme was “Happiness for All, Forever”.
KS1 children discussed and shared ideas about the things that make them feel happy and then worked together to send a request to their class teachers on how they wanted celebrate International Day of Happiness.
Ms Satya and Mr Nick accepted KS1’s request of an outdoor picnic with a variety of delicious treats including ice cream! We had music, chill out areas and mindfulness activities. It was an added treat to have our wonderful parents join us too.
