On Thursday, 18th May 2017 IPC Year 5 and 6 combined forces and looked at the science of making bread. The processes involved in bread-making can teach us how molecules behave in different materials (solids, liquids and gases) and how these materials can be changed. On Friday, 19th May 2017 to conclude Year 5 and 6's IPC topic 'Bake it!', the students decided to use their new found knowledge to bake lots of bread and sell it to parents, teachers and student alike. All the money raised is going towards this year’s chosen charity, Songkhla Home for Children. We made a massive 2,300 baht and all the bread was sold out in 10 minutes. A massive thank you to all who bought some, next time we'll make more.
