CAREERS FOCUS AT SIH

Careers Education takes place in all years in lessons, tutor periods, trips, visits and work experience. We run a series of events throughout the year which are designed to equip students in all years with the knowledge and skills they need to make successful choices and move into work. Further information on students' careers entitlement and the overview of the school's careers road map can be found below.

The School’s Careers Library is open to all students. It contains a comprehensive collection of books, leaflets, prospectuses, and online resources which can be used to research career related topics. The school’s Careers Advisor is available for one-to-one interviews. The Careers Advisor is also available at Secondary Parents Evening and exam results days.

As a results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in organizational capability management and aviation operations at a leading global energy company, I'd navigated through various roles from operational to management levels. My diverse background spans retail, education, and logistics before venturing into entrepreneurship as a chocolate maker with my brand, "Penmit Craft Cocoa."

My academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Psychology achieving second-class honors from Thammasat University, complemented by a Master's degree in an international program focusing on Innovation in Management from the College of Management, Mahidol University.

My journey reflects a commitment to personal growth, embracing challenges, and the pursuit of passion, leading me from a structured corporate world to the creative enterprise of artisan chocolate making. This path underscores my belief in the transformative power of careers to influence personal fulfillment and societal contribution. I am driven by a passion to inspire and be a part to guide students in navigating their career transitions, aiming to impact their lives positively and foster a sense of purpose and achievement.
